Wind Powered Car Blades - Innovation in Elementary School!

MSNBC recently ran a news story about a 12 year old in Pennsylvania who invented an automatically adjusting turbine blade for a solar powered car to help charge the solar batteries at night (making solar powered cars more likely). Great example of how innovation can really change our future! Very inventive solution!! Here's the full story:
