I spent 6 years in the semiconductor industry and am currently a registered Professional Engineer (PE, Chemical Engineering).
I serve clients in the intellectual property (patents, copyrights, trademarks) law areas. I enjoy learning just about anything (programming, computer networking, telecommunications technology, statistical experimental design, statistical process monitoring, prediction methods for mixture and pure component thermophysical properties,etc). I have drafted and prosecuted patents in the mechanical, business method, telecommunications, biotech, software, chemical, medical device, and pharmaceutical arts. I also help inventors and businesses with performing due diligence analysis of patents and with licensing agreements and negotiations..
